You lost your argument in your ad hominem response.
Just outted yourself by making your own narrative of the event without knowing what was happening. I didn't watch it because you describe what happens that I know no matter who wins is the same reaction (to the Russian party leader in that lower parliament),
even Hillarys camp congratulated and hugged each other for their hard work.
Sports teams do the same, losers hug their team mates and console each other.

You describe it like they were breaking out vodka dancing on the table that squat dance they do. What was the majority opinions of not just Russia, but all nations then ask yourself why you feel international appeal is a bad thing for freign policies? But I don't think Russia and other countries were happy because the age of taking advantage of us and using us to foot the policing bill was over.
Now where you truly mess up is validating my OP bECAUSE the only news about the Russian parliament has nothing on the video to validate it, just that the event you speak of by a fake news source is a lower parliament house of a certain Russian party that cheered their party leader speaking, not cheering Trump, but what their leader said about how he'd work with the winner (which would have been the same if Hillary won as a politician will play his crowd that way..)
It would be like the head Pelosi and Dem party congratulated each other on French or British elections, doesn't equate our gov't preferences nor interference.
The only real news on the Russian parliament
is that it has announced it plans to investigate CNN. *L*
