No, I didn't know that. I did know however that it was because fiberglass made with hemp is stronger, that Corvette was part of the lobby that got it pushed through for farmers to grow.

And..................there are LOTS of laws concerning growing those plants, as well as you have to let them randomly test plants whenever they want to make sure you aren't growing marijuana.

Interestingly enough, the "new" Coke that was such a failure, is now coming back because of the show "Stranger Things". Because the show is so popular, and new Coke is featured on the show (takes place in the 80's), they are thinking that they can make it work now.
