They were selling a 3 bedroom 1 bath house for $600k. The same home in Portland was selling for $85k to $95k. Hundreds of thousands of these freaks from California flooded into Portland with this money and took over. At the time there were over 300 homes for sale for under $50k in Portland. Within 1 year there were none. The Californians came up here, bought a house and gobbled up all the affordable homes with their California money for rentals. Very quickly native Oregonians could no longer afford a home.

Portland once voted most livable city in the USA, today it smells if urine and shit. Homeless camps, bums, illegals, and gay freaks have taken over the city. They rename historic Portland streets Hugo Chavez Blvd.
