Complaints about car issues

Hey everyone. Does anyone know any websites that would let you voice concerns/complaints about authorized dealership not fixing a specific issue even if you take it back? I know that there are some sites out there, but I am looking for an effective one that is going to take my approach seriously.

Did any of you ever have any issues with a dealership just not doing what it should? It can be awfully frustrating and annoying when they are unable to fix your car after a few tries and you get the sense that they are just kinda stringing you along.

I would try the Better Business Bureau.
I would call your local T.V. station.
Be careful of what you say online.
You might need a lawyer.
