Doe first tried to sue Trump in California under the pseudonym, Katie Johnson. That was tossed for lack of jurisdiction. She next tried in New York under the name of Jane Doe. But she refused to serve the suit citing fear for her life. The court said that if she did not serve the lawsuit it would be dismissed. It was dismissed.
Then Doe got an attorney to represent her. Lisa Bloom. She got permission to serve Trump's attorneys. They agreed to accept service. Meanwhile, Jane Doe was going around the media offering to sell her story for 1 million dollars. No takers..
Bloom quit. The lawsuit was never served.
