Well, things have improved since some years ago when it was only 12%..

But 23% is still low

and is probably more reflective of the following than anything else:

stupid Americans
Americans who watch cnn and msnbc
low-info people
lefties who are happy with Congress bc they love Big govt

yeh, even leftists are probably not impressed w/ congress bc presumably there are more than 23% of them in the US

but again... my estimate of how many lefties there are in the US is at about 30% or maybe 32 or higher...

(depending on your definition of liberal..)

so even they don't like Congress.. or Congress would have a 32% approval rating

members of Congress and their families and (maybe) staff..
