Obama didn't allow investigations and he claimed executive privilege or his justice department lost or stonewalled or slow walked pretty much anything requested by Congress making it pretty much impossible for Congress to investigate much of anything. What obviously guilty people who did go before Congress either 'couldn't remember' or took the Fifth.

Comey cited offenses Hillary Clinton had committed, offenses anybody they didn't like would have gone to jail for. Then he said he would not indict her because nobody would prosecute her and no court would convict her or something like that. Loretta Lynch then said she would follow Comey's lead. And both acted shortly after that long mysterious and totally private meeting Bill Clinton had with Loretta Lynch on an airport tarmac.

Trump by contract turned over hundreds of thousands of documents--everything the Muller team questioned, and gave Mueller access to any administration members they asked to interview. By anybody's standards he was more transparent and cooperative with the investigation than any other President has ever been. And now two years, many needlessly destroyed lives, and $40 million dollars, give or take a few, later, we have Mueller's report that found no collusion with Russia whatsoever and no charges of obstruction that were evident enough to prosecute.

That Trump is not now willing to cooperate with angry, malicious, irresponsible Democrats who want to keep the investigation going is not only understandable, but the right thing to do for America and Americans.

FBI operative Stefan Halper and his Honey Pot assistant are the ones who told Papadopoulos that the Russians had Clinton Emails. And they are the same ones who extracted the information from the young man.
