I can. I can say it out loud so that all people can hear it.
Most people can I would think.

Taz can prove he cares about his kids by saying it in a room while five people hear everything exactly the same.

Can God prove to Taz that He exists by saying it in a room while five people hear everything exactly the same?

Based upon ding's assertion of God as an omnipotent being, I would say the answer is yes.

Based upon Taz' assertion of a god that either doesn't exist or is unconcerned with Taz's life, I would say no.

It isn't important what I say. What so you say? Can/will God do that mess to settle the debate once and for all?

If we arrange this meeting with God, what will happen? Any predictions?
Job 40 comes to mind.

But let me submit that if Taz insists God doesn’t exist for Taz then God won’t exist for Taz. That at Taz’s death Taz will be granted the wish Taz has always wanted... to be left alone for all eternity.
Again dingbat, you have no proof for what you say.

I put you on tilt. I'm loving it!

Irony?

Don’t you think Jesus would be proud that we as a society provide foodstamps to people who don’t have money?

But to you giving any poor person tax money is stealing from you?

I don’t think a real Christian would feel that way.
Real Christians embrace the principle of subsidiarity. Not the soul sucking practice of throwing money over a fence.

Even FDR understood the consequences of YOUR solution to the problem.

"...The lessons of history, confirmed by the evidence immediately before me, show conclusively that continued dependence upon relief induces a spiritual and moral disintegration fundamentally destructive to the national fibre. To dole out relief in this way is to administer a narcotic, a subtle destroyer of the human spirit..." FDR

For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat. 2 Thessalonians 3:10

To my knowledge this is the only verse of the Bible ever quoted by conservatives.

There are 17 other verses in Chapter 3 of Thessalonians. Are they relevant?

There are 23,144 other verses in the Bible. Are they relevant?

How can people continue to pretend that the Bible doesn't promote left wing principles? The Bible is way more consistent with liberal political thought than with conservative politic thought. Does anybody get it?
You can believe that if you want to, but it's total bullshit.

Didn't you admit in another thread that you don't even believe in Christianity?

How can you possibly think you have credibility to tell Christians what the Bible means when you admit you are a non-believer?

The Bible says what it says. It doesn't need my endorsement.

Are you in the habit of letting reputable people tell you what to think? Read it yourself. Geez.

Just because you like someone doesn't mean they are honest.

Anyone who tries to take the Bible and shoe horn a political ideology is a fool and a self serving idiot.

I think the Bible leans more to ancient African thought than ancient European thought. That just might be because of its geographical origins.

The first Christian's mentioned in the book of Acts were raging communist It is crystal clear and it is so much fun watching Right Wing American Christians cover that portion of scripture in Sunday School.

You should read The Socialist Phenomena by Igor Shafarevich.

Your left leaning tendencies are showing.

No? Hmmm. I guess I need to brush up on the differing political ideologies. This concept seems to fit pretty well into one of those categories. Hmmm.

Are you sure about this?

Now you are making me second guess myself. What two verses in the Bible promotes Conservative principles?. FYI: I am a radical right wing conservative but believe those beliefs come from my Germanic roots not my Judeo-Christian roots.

Christianity has been embraced by many cultures but it has always been subordinate to their identity as a people.

My lineage is American - Anglo Saxon - Germanic.

Christianity came to England. It wasn't crafted in England.

The United States of America was founded on the concept of rebellion against authority aka pride. Pride is the most horrific sin mentioned in the Bible. Yet the nation where I live was founded on the principles of that very sin.

America has always been a Satanic nation but those are Judeo-Christian concepts. In Germanic thought the strong took their rightful place as an independent nation.

I don't know why people deny the use of observation.

Rebellion as evil is a Christian principle.

Destroying the weak is also an evil practice in Christian thought. We are to render to Cesaer not destroy him when he is vulnerable.

If you don't work, you don't eat.

That was a mandate Paul placed specifically on the Church at Thessolinica because people were goofing off instead of working. They were disturbing the people working by hanging out and eating. Paul meant that if you quit offering food at these working events then those lazy buns wouldn't show up.

If the Bible is implying that a person who doesn't work doesn't get to eat then I can quickly prove the Bible is a lie by feeding one unemployed person.

People should read that whole chapter. It is actually a funny story.
