So your whole idea runs on three things that don't make sense to those with enough common sense to blow their nose without moms help.
First off let's look at paid time off. Who takes the place of even one person with time off? They hire part time workers. But according to some part time work is bad. What happens when you have a panick like now? Everyone leaves. So who produces the products while they are on leave? Maybe the company just closes down and nothing is produced? So no food is produced, no toilet paper, no clothing etc. do you really think that is a good idea? The stuff does not just show up by magic in your house.
Next let's look at universal income. Who pays for that? A higher tax on everyone. So you get to pay your own universal income. Or do you think that we should just rob someone so you can get free money?
Next single payer healthcare. Again you pay for it in higher taxes. Small hospitals close. No semi private rooms. Less access to doctors. Look at Italy right now. They are deciding who should get help and who is not worth saving because single payer is stretched. In the U.K. the old are only allowed to be admitted to certain hospitals which maybe many miles from them. Canada is slowly working into private insurance. People are waiting for a year or more to see an oncologist or other specialists which sometimes means it is too late to do anything or the patient is addicted to pain killers that they are expected to remove themselves from.

I understand that free sounds good but in the real world free is never free.
