That’s government propaganda. Anyone in the city can call 911, be sent to a hospital in an ambulance, and get treated for COVID in a hospital and that’s with or without insurance. Unfortunately a lot of black and Hispanic people are dying from this because they disproportionately suffer from underlining conditions that increase the chances of death for them if they get COVID. Well maybe that’s why they’re contracting it in larger numbers, but the death rate is higher because blacks suffer from underlining conditions that increases the risk in dying for patients with COVID. De Blasio is an idiot.
