I doubt a President pardoning himself would fly. He could pardon the others, if he chooses. I'm not sure what his brother did or said of trump to make an enemy list, but, whatever.
I suspect if Come found any evidence, there would have been an indictment, but there wasn't, so bring on the dancing bears and elephants, and of course, the clowns.

The fact that there wasn't an indictment doesn't mean there wasn't ample cause FOR an indictment...it simply means that the Garland DOJ would never bring charges against Biden.
James Biden appears to be the brains behind the influence peddling scheme that the Biden family was perpetrating. Hunter would get the original bribe but after that it was up to James to launder that money through a number of shell companies and then distribute it to various members of the family. At this point I would be shocked if Biden DIDN'T pardon his brother!

Looks like instead of trial by internet, somebody will actually have to have something admissible in courts, in front of jurors, or just blow it off, as election campaign rhetoric for the masses, and actually have to govern, instead of put on a show. This does bode for something charged, by someone, against someone, at least for a little while, even if they lose again (on the evidence thing), as Republicans at the national level love to be in charge and its really good for garnering donations and grift money, except for that "having to govern thing".

With all due respect, White? Congress has no judicial power. If the Garland DOJ declines to bring charges...the Legislative Branch can't do so unilaterally.

There was an incredible amount of evidence that the Biden family had been engaged in widespread influence peddling that spanned multiple years and yet no real FBI investigation was ever done on their activities. That didn't happen by fluke...it happened because the Merrick Garland DOJ operated with a two tiered system of justice. Sorry, but they were. Do you remember Garland and Wray being forced to testify in front of Congressional hearings. Do you remember how they refused to answer questions regarding the Biden family? Do you remember how the Garland/Wray DOJ raided Mar A Lago with an FBI Swat Team flown down from Washington because Trump had classified documents? Do you remember the FBI Swat Team raid on Joe Biden's residences because he had classified documents? You can't because it never happened. The FBI allowed Joe Biden's lawyers to conduct a search and turn over to them anything that was classified. How do you explain that?
