If you were to ask him, this killer would claim a right to kill that cop. Pigs in a blanket and all. Remember and never forget who said "what do we want? Dead cops. When do we want them? Now."

If you want to slow the slaughter, vote every democrat out of office.

Not only do they let the useless sick monsters out (instead of executions) they handcuff the Police and try to put the Pollice in Jail! Frosts my rear end!

Wait.....he was a convicted felon, which means he could not legally buy, own or carry a gun....so how did he shoot the officer if it was against the law for him to have a gun?

If there was an actual desire to stop gun crime, this guy would have been sentenced to 30 years when he was found with the second illegal gun in 2015......he would have been in jail instead of shooting that officer...

Let's see....2015 plus 30 years = him being in jail till 2045...that officer would likely have been long retired before that monster got out of prison...

Ward's criminal history started at age 15, when he was convicted for an armed robbery — a felony — meaning he has been prohibited from possessing a gun since 2008.

In 2015, Ward was convicted of strangling his girlfriend. Police also found a firearm inside his home then.
