Whether a housing complex is apartments, condos, or houses doesn't matter. What I woud like to see is one that fits the following description >>
1. No dogs.
2. No smokers.
3. No motorcycles.
4. All vehicles with good mufflers.
5. Eligibility for move-in - 2 year housing rental record. No credit check. Minimum income requirement $300 above the rent amount.
6. Good sanitation.
7. Pet fee and deposits $200 maximum.
8. Community center (clubhouse) open weekends and evenings, with security.
9. Security cameras linked to computer.
10. Armed security guards.
