The moral of the story seems to be that if you don't feel that you need an ambulance ride to the hospital, then, by gosh, I'll give you a reason.

Anyway...

Authorities said Lynch initially grabbed the victim's leg and put it on the stretcher, then pushed him back down when he again sat up, climbed onto the stretcher himself, and began repeatedly punching the victim in the face, requiring others to hold the stretcher so it wouldn't fall over.

Lynch then allegedly handcuffed the victim to the stretcher and pulled him into the ambulance by his neck. The victim was treated at an area hospital and diagnosed with a concussion, broken nose, multiple hematomas, and lacerations to the face.

The DOJ said Lynch claimed on an affidavit that the victim had committed strangulation and two counts offensive touching of a law enforcement officer... ( :113: )

Lynch turned himself in on Tuesday and was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree perjury, and official misconduct. He was released of his own recognizance.

Released another criminal I see. More reasons to avoid the police.

Dewey Beach? Is that really a town? How many Police Officers , like four or five? Anyway he was charged with assault and the system works. Did they consider firing the Chief?
