First, ALL that Feinstein admitted that she did "wrong" was not informing Grassley that she was going to release the transcript.......more out of courtesy....BUT the transcript was going to be released regardless if Grassley approved or not.

Second, right wingers are ignorant of the very fact that the transcript CLEARLY states that the testimony was NOT going to be about any classified materials and if the witness wanted to talk about something deemed "classified", that the committee would break and go into a closed session. THAT DID NOT OCCUR.

Which invalidates what you earlier said "What Feinstein did was not wrong"

Of course it was wrong, for OBVIOUS reasons the USG is not in the habit of letting individuals within the government (save the POTUS who may unilaterally declassify ALMOST anything ) decide to release classified material of their own accord.

What Feinstein should have done was asked for an investigation into who leaked what to whom, but she didn't, and we both know the reason she didn't is because both sides up there are pieces of shit who routinely leak whatever they whenever they want, and they can't very well go around asking that leakers be charged with a crime when they themselves have done so in the past and will do so again in the future when it suits their politics.
