Do Muslims believe in the separation of Church and State?

Mudda--

Continue to argue for your hatred. You get to keep it. I can't imagine it feels very good, but it's your choice.
Gee, I hate people who hate me (they hated me first). Seems like a pretty normal thing to do.
That's your choice. Terrorists hate. Stopping them doesn't mean you have to hate all Muslims to do it
All mooslims like terrorists and wish that the US was under sharia law. Ask one, you'll find out.

Unlikely since serving in the military would be great pr

Pr does not trump harassment and derision by your fellow soldiers. Many Muslim SOLDIERS probably think it is better to just keep quiet about their faith.
I'll tell you this fact again.

Unless someone ask you or you share it, no one knows your faith.

we don't get to look it up.

that list is from a computerized listing, not people asking on bases.

I am not sure I follow you. I just said many Muslims probably think it is best to just keep quiet about their faith rather than risk being harrassed by their fellow Christian soldiers...and we all do know how capable of hate Christians are..our history is full of examples. Your response indicates that I wasn't clear enough in defining "keeping quiet" about one's faith. Muslims who want to hide their Islamic identity aren't going to share that secret vocally...we agree on that. But neither are they going to wear any traditional clothing or accessories that belie their wish to keep their faith low key. Married Muslim soldiers may not have that privilege. Wives and children are not too good at pretending to be something they are not or at being disciplined enough to hide their true identities.
If you give shit to someone over what they are (discriminate) while in the military, your career is over.

most people don't talk religion in the military

so the idea that muslims are living in fear isn't factual, it just isn't

I guess you aren't reading my responses. Didn't I just illustrate that wives and children of Muslim soldiers are likely going to betray any effort to keep religious anonymity under wraps. do you remember the "clockmaker" kid who raised alarms because his family is Muslim? How did the teacher know that the kid was a Muslim?

Muslims living in fear: Muslims living in the USA do have a cause for fear.
Recent reports of vandalism, desecration of mosques with pig blood and parts
are increasing under the auspices of Trump mania.

I was in the military-------my son was in the military and my father was in the military----------My dad had an "H" on his dogtags (for Hebrew)-----but based on
Nazism -----that "H" was deleted for the past more than 50 years. I had no
trouble knowing to what RELIGION -----the various people with whom I worked adhered -----PEOPLE TALK ABOUT THEMSELVES -----and their lives

never say "ALL" it is silly and absolutely not true. HOWEVER such a
belief is true of hundreds of millons of muslims -----ie TRUE IN GENERAL------
It is the concept TAUGHT in mosques to the same extent that "jesus saves"
is taught in churches (now the naysayers are going to insist that

try harder Dani-------the answer "I DISAGREE" is meaningless. Try to be
specific. Perhaps you can tell us what you think of SHARIAH LAW

If a bigot wants to hate, they don't need real people. Just their hatred. Feed it, argue for it, you get to keep it. YOU are what keeps terrorists going.

I have known lots of muslims who had no desire for shariah who considered
themselves 'MUSLIMS' According to Islamic law (shariah) anyone who
is the child of a muslim father is a muslim. Any man who is not a muslim who has
a child with s muslim woman is supposed to be dead. . What difference does
it make of a person is considered by LAW to be a muslim -----and lives in a shariah
country-----but does not like the idea? Such a person cannot declare himself a non muslim------he would have to be executed

I would put it this way and Muslims most likely believe in Separation of Church and State as much as the FLDS do...

American Muslims accept separation of church and state much better than FLDS do in America

if you discriminate in the military, your career is over, that does include families.

and the prank of bacon on a door knob vs murdering is complete bullshit

not a problem-----Mormon women do not grab machine guns and murder people
for the glory of Joseph Smith as do muslimah sluts----who cares what they believe?

I think the recent attacks against Mosques involved more than putting bacon on a door knob..And I have not made any comparisons to murder. The topic was do USA Muslims have anything to fear... the answer is Yes.

But to illuminate your ignorance even further I took the time to gather some of the loads of examples out there that there is discrimination in the military. it exists but the people who are supposed to enforce ant-discrimination laws are often part of the problem themselves. READY?

How did you become so woefully misinformed? It doesn't take much effort to google now and then. I am baffled that you are such an apologist for those who do discriminate when the information is right at your fingertips..

You will find some way to deny this report from abc news but perhaps someone else will find the information useful.

Muslim in the Army Alleges Severe Harassment

abc_klawonn_100414_wmain.jpg

Klawonn, 20, has earned the praise of his fellow soldiers and his commanders, but he said there are others in the military who have offered nothing but abuse. Since he enlisted, Klawonn has perceived a pattern of harassment for his religious beliefs -- name calling, threats and worse from both his peers and from officers. The abuse has felt so severe, Klawonn has questioned whether he can endure.

Klawon's story is from 2010 and, ironically, Klawonn was stationed at Fort Hood where Major Nidal Hasan massacred 13 and wounded 32 fellow soldiers.

Major Hasan, a psychiatrist ,was born in the USA but became radicalized after hearing stories from patients returning from Afghanistan and Iraq. confidents close to Hasan gave some insight into Hasan's actions. Discrimination and anguish over serving a military that was fighting Muslims drove him over the edge.

Even the rank of Major and an assignment as a medical specialist was no barrier to discrimination. That had to come from his fellow officers who should have known better.

There. I thinkI have posted a fair presentation of my case. You, OTOH have not even bothered to research even the most elementary of facts. Further, you are not even courteous enough to appreciate all the work I have done as evidenced by your short uniformed denials.

They reject sharia so can't use sharia to declare themselves mooslim.
