They could get a smoke break but it's frowned upon. Our building is smoke free, restaurants/bars are smoke free, I believe any public building is smoke free here in Ohio.

I never see people standing outside their workplace smoking anymore, they probably hide them in the back or something.

Our whole Complex, various Companies, ALL have people outside for Smoke Breaks...

Smokers continue to be role models when it comes to taking breaks. They don't skip them like some.

What blows me away are a couple of respiratory therapists that work in the same building as I do, out several times a day to enjoy a smoke. Then come back in to take care of patients with lung disease who are currently lying in beds in the ICU, intubated and fighting for their lives.

At ten bucks a pack and a pack a day habit, that's $300 a month.

Or to put it another way, a new car every year.
