Donald Trump on Monday called for a special prosecutor to investigate Hillary Clinton's email use and ties between the State Department and Clinton Foundation, saying the Justice Department has proven itself incapable of undertaking an impartial investigation.

Speaking at a rally in Akron, Ohio, Trump called the Justice Department a "political arm" of the Obama administration, noting its decision not to prosecute Clinton for her private email use even though FBI Director James Comey said she was "extremely careless" in her handling of classified government information.

"After the FBI and Department of Justice whitewash of the Clinton email crimes, they certainly cannot be trusted to quickly or impartially investigate Hillary Clinton's crimes," Trump said.

Trump likened Bill Clinton's fundraising for the family's charitable foundation while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state to a pay-for-play scenario and the mafia.

"Some former prosecutors have even suggested that the coordination between the pay-for-play State Department and the corrupt Clinton Foundation constitute a clear example of a RICO (Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization) enterprise," he said. "The Justice Department is required to appoint an independent Special Prosecutor because it has proven itself to be a political arm of the White House."

And we all know this is true.

Trump has no business asking for an investigation until he releases his tax returns.

So this is how Hillary treats her friends? She is a sociopath.

FBI files related to Hillary Clinton and Vincent suicide MISSING

EXCLUSIVE: Missing: FBI files linking Hillary Clinton to the 'suicide' of White House counsel Vince Foster have vanished from the National Archives
  • Documents describing Hillary Clinton's role in the death of White House counsel Vince Foster have vanished, Daily Mail Online has learned after an extensive investigation
  • Foster is believed to have shot himself with a .38 caliber revolver at Fort Marcy Park along the Potomac River on July 20, 1993
  • Two former FBI agents involved in the investigation tell Daily Mail Online they issued reports linking Hillary's tirade to Foster's suicide
  • Days before his death, then First Lady ridiculed him mercilessly in front of his peers, say former FBI agents and detailed it in their report
  • 'You have failed us,' Hillary told Foster, former FBI Jim Clemente told Daily Mail Online
  • Archived material related to the case, housed at National Archives in College Park, Md. were examined by the author to no avail
  • After filing a Freedom of Information request, it was determined that the agents' reported have gone missing ....
During the White House meeting, Hillary continued to humiliate Foster mercilessly, according to both former FBI agents, who spoke about the investigation for the first time.

'Hillary put him down really, really bad in a pretty good-size meeting,' Copeland says. 'She told him he didn't get the picture, and he would always be a little hick town lawyer who was obviously not ready for the big time.'

Indeed, Hillary went so far as to blame Foster for all the Clintons' problems and to accuse him of failing them, according to Clemente, who was also assigned by the FBI to the Starr investigation and who probed the circumstances surrounding Foster's suicide.

'Foster was profoundly depressed, but Hillary lambasting him was the final straw because she publicly embarrassed him in front of others,' says Clemente.

'Hillary blamed him for failed nominations, claimed he had not vetted them properly, and said in front of his White House colleagues, 'You're not protecting us' and 'You have failed us,' Clemente says. 'That was the final blow.'....

That weekend, Foster and his wife drove to the Eastern Shore of Maryland, where they saw their friends, Michael Cardoza and Webster Hubbell, and their wives.

'They played tennis, they swam, and they said he sat in a lawn chair, just kind of sat there in the lawn chair,' Copeland says. 'They said that just was not Vince. He loved to play tennis, and he was always sociable, but he just sat over in the corner by himself and stared off into space, reading a book.'

Two days later, Foster left the White House parking lot at 1:10 p.m. The precise time when he shot himself could not be pinpointed. After Park Police found his body, they notified the U.S. Secret Service at 8:30 p.m.

Based on what 'dozens' of others who had contact with Foster after that meeting told the agents, while Foster was already depressed, 'The put-down that she gave him in that big meeting just pushed him over the edge,' Copeland says. 'It was the final straw that broke the camel's back.'....

No one can explain a suicide in rational terms. But the FBI investigation concluded that it was Hillary's vilification of Foster in front of other White House aides, coming on top of his depression, that triggered his suicide about a week later, Copeland and Clemente both say.

Starr issued a 38,000-word report, along with a separate psychologist's report on the factors that contributed to Foster's suicide. Yet Starr never mentioned the meeting with Hillary, leaving out the fact that his own investigation had found that Hillary's rage had led to her friend's suicide.

So you're saying the Clintons should be allowed to continue criminal activities until Trump releases his tax returns?
No, that is not what I said. I said Trump has no business asking for an investigation until he releases his tax returns. I don't have any objection to the justice department or congress conducting an investigation. Trump is not a government official or elected member of congress. He has no more standing than any other citizen. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

When he calls for his fraud case to be pushed or releasing his Tax returns then he can talk

Why not?

They are two totally unrelated subject, dude.

Of course, we understand you have to defend her Highness, Hillary Rodham of the royal House Clinton.

There is nothing yet even suggesting that "corruption" occurred, a direct exchange of money for an outcome. 2014 McCutcheon v. FEC upheld Amendment One, in the matter of contributions, largely on the basis that no quid pro quo--a direct favor--could even be expected from the simple fact of a money donation. Someone sent $25.50 to the Sanders Campaign: Likely even access was not expected. Corruption could not be inferred. Someone sends The Clinton Foundation $32.0 mil., and expects access to the Department of State--is not even rational to infer. $32.0 mil. sent to the Gates Foundation is not expected to lead to access to the Department of State. As a part of whatever the Gates Foundation does, then access may actually happen. Even the access is not quid pro quo, and no link between the donation, and any political favor could be shown.
The same applies to the Clinton Foundation, wherein an indirection mention of an access request, to an aide of the Secretary--is not a quid pro quo event. A direct favor has not happened.

Maybe Bill made an offhand remark to Barack that his old friend, a Sultan, is getting interested in African Affairs, now that Obama is President. There is no quid pro quo favor, even suggested.

The Trump Conservatives may point out that Kenya, however, is where Honolulu is located--and so quid pro quo can be inferred(?). It takes a Conservative, to make the connection, even by inference(?)! Anyone has heard other remarks of Donald Trump, in the various incoherent rants. All kinds of lunacy can, in fact, be really inferred(?). Trump's little girl may in fact divorce, and hook up with a Martian, from Saturn(?)!

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!)
(Many Conservatives come to Lands of Many Nations! Buy many dozens of necklaces with Turquoise! Expect Trump real estate as a part of the transaction(?)!)

You are ignoring my post where I said I had no objection to an investigation. My post indicated it should be requested by congress of DOJ, not from some wanna be politician who is himself buried in fraud and rape investigations.

If true it sure sounds like HItlery.

The woman no one likes and no one has to wonder why no one likes that POS. And just think. Foster was a friend. A guy who helped Bill into the WH.

That foundation has been shady since the day it appeared.

A special investigator sounds like a good idea to me. Find out exactly what that foundation is up to.

If an investigation finds nothing then they are all cleared. However if they do find irregularities then let the investigation dig deeper.
