They KNEW for a fact that the information may have been obtained through a biased source, but chose not to disclose that information to the court in their filing. For example, have you seen anything on MSNBC, CNN , et. al regarding this latest release from Durham? They are purposely not reporting it because it is hard to spin at this point. Contrast this with just how quick they are to report anything negative with regards to Trump without verification. I find it very hard to believe that an intelligent person can‘t see that they are being intentionally misled.
