There are several different methods/approaches to hack sites.An attack on the very foundation of the Western democracies, their elections, is an act of war and should be treated as such.
How exactly are all these hackers having success when 128 bit encryption is safe for the web and the US military uses 256 bit encryption. That any of these agencies cannot secure their communications is ridiculous. A message is sent, on the other end the other user has a key to decrypt it. If you don't have that key then intercepting the data is pointless. Likely all of these leaks are due to some user that works at the agency being lazy about security by using USB sticks over and over and leaving them lying around or leaving their PC's in a place someone else can get to it and they use a USB stick to infect it.
It won't be long before you scum are treated like that.
