One huge issue is that the government sends out checks and provides benefits to people. Even if people paid into social security, the check is cut from the government. None of that was allowed in K-12 when I was in school. He would be fired immediately.

We used to try to goad teachers we didn't didn't like into slipping up and talking about sexuality so they could be fired.

It doesn't say he targets anyone and the parents of any of the kids from as young as 3 upwards have to sign up at this private school. He might not be right but if the parents didn't give their approval, sign off (in the article) he would not be there.
