Meh when is Russia /not/ on full military alert? Not recently.

That said, this is going to be a really nasty fall out as millions upon millions around the world find this widely distributed and publicly available malware in /everything/ and blame Russia. The recklessness of Obama's action here really can't be understated. He just turned the world on Russia and turned us into lapdogs. I can only hope the experts can convince the public at large of the total bullshit of the US's claims.
