In Chicago, two car thieves, age 14 and 17, drove recklessly and killed an innocent person.
ABC News Chicago said, “The two have been charged with just one misdemeanor count of criminal trespassing each.”
This is absolutely despicable.
Chicago is way, way, way too lenient on criminals who kill people.

Cristian died last week, after Chicago police said a stolen Hyundai crashed into the pickup truck his mother was driving with him and his two sisters.
The crash happened in the West Garfield Park neighborhood's 4400 block of West Washington Boulevard at about 5:06 p.m. on Sunday, April 16. It was captured on surveillance video, which ABC7 froze before impact.
Police said two teen boys, 14 and 17 years old, were arrested. The two have been charged with just one misdemeanor count of criminal trespassing each.
