I understand the whole optics things, but at the same time that becomes racist to think a race of people will uprise over prosecuting a guilty of treason president that merely looks like them, but actually never represented their interest.
Ironically when the left stated that you can't obstruct justice by intimidation of "possible violence" if prosecuting a favored political figure, they opened up a can of worms for Obama who is only protected by that fear and premise.
The difference is when Lindsey Graham made his statement of fear, he was not threatening nor intimidating nor instigating like MSM would do if it were Obama, he was stating his worry about how far the gov't would abuse it's power and how that would cause a reaction. In the case of Obama it would be justified and not over reach nor have they had a pattern of kicking him out or arresting him for no probable cause like the left has done (actually destroying democracy).
I have previously stated that because of the risk and optics of arresting a former president that you should instead remove his clearances and take away all former presidrnt priveleges including protections and as far as if guilty of treason Obama should be wiped off records like the Egyptians did to bad Pharoahs.

Now since the left steals and deflects these things onto it's political rivals, don't be surprised that they bring these points up and try to do to Trump what should be done to Obama and Biden and Hillary and to some extent priveleges removed from all the illegitimate and corrupt house and senate members involved in treason and abuses, Schiff, Pelosi, Schumer and anyone who didn't follow the proper OCE protocols regarding whistle blowers and properly investigating house and senate ethics instead of obstructing them and sweeping them under the rug like they did.

The two tiered political justice system (a lenient one for Democrats and a strict one for Republicans) our country has today will eventually cause the nation to break apart.

Right now the Dems appear to me to be trying to encourage an uprising as it isn’t popular enough to succeed at this point. That’s why they might indict and prosecute Trump.

If they manage to stir up enough resistance they can squash the insurgents and then pass laws to ban and confiscate firearms and put any and all political rivals behind bars. Next they will push full force for a Marist socialist workers’ paradise.

The younger voters in our nation have been brainwashed by our educational system rather than taught to think for themselves and they will be foolish enough to change our form of government. Of course the Dems can get young people to vote for Democrats by printing money and passing it out like candy.

Hopefully the extreme conservatives will hold their fire and we will boot the Democrats out of power in the Midterms and the 2024 Presidential election. Cleaning up the corruption in the D.C. Swamp may prove damn near impossible but a Republican President can start by overhauling the FBI and the DOJ. I understand a lot of FBI agents are upset at how the upper levels have destroyed the reputation of a fine law enforcement agency.

If this nations spits apart the Chinese will rule the world in a few decades. Even the liberals will regret losing their freedom to the Chinese.

The law says public school teachers may not instruct on sexual orientation or gender identity in grades kindergarten through third grade.

Public school teachers in Florida are banned from holding classroom instruction about sexual orientation or gender identity after Florida's Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Republican, signed the controversial "Parental Rights in Education" bill.

The bill, which some opponents have called "Don't Say Gay," was signed by DeSantis on Monday. If we were allowed to keep OUR money that level of savings invested over 40-50 years would be worth millions.
