You can be trained commercially now. It is a business. There is always somebody that will teach you just about anything you want to know, including weapons, tactics, explosives, etc. It is a growth business for the militia movement.

In 1981, while I was a recruit in the USMC, we were studying the UCMJ and our "General Orders" in a classroom.

One of the instructors brought up a hypothetical about getting orders to shoot American citizens and whether or not that would be a rule that we would have to follow.

I was the first to answer NO and I was allowed to explain that (in my view) it would not be Constitutional. Several others who had their hands raised, lowered their hands and the subject was quickly changed.
