Actually that article is a lie. They have proposed new measures similar to Australia. Somewhere between a pint and a half to geve people more options and reduce the amount of consumption. Alcoho;ism being a major health issue.

It was a measure to outlaw the glass part of the pint glass and replace it with plastic to keep you violent gits from "glassing" each other in drunken brawls.
