The truth is simple: Liberal/Progressive/Democrat policy of taking from those who have legitimately acquired wealth and giving it to other has given us the financial mess we've muddled in.
The Constitution has no allowance for government control of the housing market. Nor have Liberal/Progressive/Democrat's offered an amendment to allow same.
Lay blame where it should be.
