Probably way too early for the claim of victory; encouraging sign though.. Of course during the VP debate, the GOP claimed it hours before the debate started.
Look, if it's not something like 70-30 Trump, Clinton still wins. She's way ahead in every conceivable way.

I think most people understand this is the reality now. Trump has to have some huge hail mary to even compete on November 8th.
