Nobody flip-flops more or as often as the Great Trumpyberra.

For example in early Nov. 2020 shortly after Faux announced his defeat to Joe Biden, he ordered the complete withdrawal of all troops from Afghanistan by Jan 15, 2021, only to flip-flop a few days later and only reduced our troops strength to the bare minimum by that date.
