Food prices jump 5% in July. Bidenomics is a DISASTER

I love Waffle House!

That is the way the free market works

If ALL food is more expensive, the consumer has no options
If only beef is costing more, you have many more choices
According to you, if my usual suit at my men's store goes from $1,000 to $1,100, an increase of 10%, but I can buy one at Walmart for $85.00 my cost of living has plunged 90%.

Got it!

Yeah, where else do you get free entertainment? Anywhere else, you'd have at least a $20.00 cover charge for that!

We had a place in Maggie Valley, North Carolina. We frequently had breakfast at the local Waffle House. From the tatts, I can only assume that the majority of the ladies there were graduates of some Federal Prison! They were always great!

You can't do numbers. It is not up from last year; it is less than half of last year.
Numbers are not your thing, are they?

If food prices increased 11% in August of 2022, that means they went up 11% from 2021, right? If those food prices increase by 5% in August of 2023, that means they went up 16% from 2021. That is a vicious, punishing rate.
