A convicted people smuggler who had been arrested 24 times dating back to 1999 was sentenced to prison for the first time on Friday.
Efrain Delgado-Rosales, 35, was sentenced to five years in jail by a federal judge in San Diego for bringing an illegal alien into the U.S. for financial gain.
Anyone remember back, before Obama's 'fundamental change' to this nation, when a President's oath of office, the Constitution, and Rule of Law meant something? When enforcing U.S. Laws was not a 'suggestion' and laws that were passed and supposed to be enforced were not like an 'A La Carte' menu where a President could simply pick and choose the ones he liked and did not like, the ones he chose to enforce and those he chose NOT to enforce?
This Human Trafficker had been arrested 23 times before....caught 23 time smuggling illegals into the US, in violation of a HOST of U.S. laws....and like they do with most violent illegal criminals caught and jailed, they let this SOB go....23 times!
- THAT, by the way, makes the DOJ and Obama complicit, in aiding and abetting human traffickers and in violation of our laws.
The second offensive, disgusting fact in this case is that after caught smuggling illegals into this country 24 (TWENTY FOUR) times he as sentenced to ONLY 5 (FIVE) years in jail....which means he will most probably serve 2, if any, of that time in jail.
I can't wait until we no longer have a criminal M*erF*er in the WH and the Rule of law can be re-established and enforced in this country again.
