In most Islamic cultures if a woman is raped it is because she enticed the man and she is held to be responsible. This is just one example.

Do we really want to be mass importing that culture to the USA?

A British woman facing jail for extra-marital sex after reporting an alleged gang rape on holiday in Dubai has told of her "nightmare" and said she's "petrified".

Zara-Jayne Moisey, 25, told police in the United Arab Emirates she was violently raped by two British men in the city last month.

But instead of being treated as a victim, Zara, from Widnes, who is single after splitting from her husband, was reportedly locked up on suspicion of extra-marital sex and later charged with the offence.

Her passport has been confiscated and she now faces a trial, claim her family and friends.

In Judaism, there is a sense of progress in theology, as they await their Messiah and anticipate a further progression in morals and understanding.

In Christianity we have Jesus' promise of the Parakleet who will come to continue to guide us into all Truth, implying we do not yet have all Truth and more is to come. As a Catholic, we believe that the Parakleet leads us in the form of the Magisterium and we will continue to grow in the knowledge of God's Will for us.

But in Islam the purest expression of God's Will was when Mohamed walked the Earth and took dictation from God directly and wrote part of it down in the Quran. Most of the rest of that moral purity, perfection of virtue and perfect social construct was preserved in the Hadith and traditions of Mohameds contemporaries who passed on things Mohamed said. With each passing generation, except for the Quran, the perfect morals of that generation from 1300 years ago is questioned, corrupted and forgotten and we are led away from "all Truth" in the view of Islam.

This is why Islam is a Regressive religion that views the past as the perfect, the good and what must be emulated.

Women should be kept silent and out of sight and fully covered in a Burka or at least her hair covered in a hijab as it was in the time of Mohamed. Homosexuals are to be executed. Rebellious sons to be horse whipped and adulterous women (even if raped) to be stoned.

It must remain as it was 1300 years ago and no change is good, but only evil as it is a form of destruction of the perfectly Holy and Good of the 6th century mind.
