Judges have a lot of discretion in juvenile cases. He could have said "Plead guilty to child porn and we'll drop the rape charges" No one would ever know because of the strict confidentiality rules regarding minors.

But she knew. And if she was raped she has every right to warn other girls.. Does anyone know exactly what her tweet said?
