There are no new tax breaks, except for OT, tips, and SS (not "millionaires"). Trump even wants to raise the top tax rate to 40%.

I'm not a fan of the new gifted 747, unless Trump just lets the AF fly it "as-is" until it goes to the Trump library. Trump has two new jets from Boeing to be delivered in 2027. So it makes no sense to waste $1b to upgrade the gift when the real ones would be available before it is upgraded.
