That's a good thing, right? I mean it's reasonable for most juvenile offenses to be sealed (everyone does stupid stuff as a kid) but if the "kid" winds up obsessing on guns non-stop and fantasizing about gunning people down, seems pretty reasonable to "flag" that person.

I don't think I have a problem with showing the criminal records of 18 year olds buying guns....

So maybe they should look on your social media pages before they say you passed a background check.

They should have, and yet the local police and school authorities...aware that he was violent, was self damaging, and was violent at home.....whether they knew he was torturing and murdering cats remains to be seen since that is a felony......and they did seem to know he was shooting people with a BB gun....

In all of that, Texas already has laws to arrest or commit him....normal gun owners didn't do anything wrong here,.....the NRA didn't do anything wrong here....the gun maker didn't do anything wrong here...

The police, the school, the government failed at all levels here....they had the laws they needed to act, they didn't...
