Hey numbnut, you can sell a vehicle with a simple bill of sale. The problem is when the buyer tries to register the vehicle without the title.... however, nothing prevents the sale. Do try and keep up.

If you do not want to own a gun then do not own one.

If you do own one and want to sell it then make sure it was not illegally obtain in a drug deal, and take it to a gun shop or pawn shop and sell it.

As for me I will sell it to whomever I want and will have a bill of sale with a photocopy of the person license and their signature on the bill of sale and if they refuse to do that, well I will not sell to them.

But in the end you are the last person on Earth that should be chirping about this subject matter Mr. Leninist!
