Hackers claiming to have Trump’s dirty laundry demand $42 Million

I get those threats at least twice a week. I get them along with marriage proposals from various Nigerian royalty.

Makes me wonder if that hacked law firm hired a former DNC tech support person and has since been paying out thousands in Google play cards by taking seriously those weekly calls from Microsoft detecting a virus in their computers?

Did you know the russians also hacked the RNC? They just chose not to release any of it. We both know why.

If president Trump is taken out as candidate for his presidential re-election, then who will run the country?

From one side Democrats are all a bunch of idiots, and Republicans stupid.

The presidential seat will be vacant until another smart candidate is found, and be aware that this search can take years... man!...

“Mr. Trump, if you want to stay president, poke a sharp stick at the guys, otherwise you may forget this ambition forever,” the cyber criminals added in a direct plea to the 45th president.

To me this sounds more like a plot to a movie. If factual, I sure hope they catch the jerks.

(Is this old news? It is dated May 16th but I recall having feeling that I hoped some jerks got caught for something a few weeks ago. I forget what for.)

Hahahah.....total crock..... a few hackers up against the entire US intelligence system and they went undetected? Um...NO.

It's pretty funny though.

I get emails daily that someone has hacked my computer and has my password and recorded me watching porn and used my camera to watch me doing stuff that goes along with porn and if I don't pay them thousands in bitcoin they will send the videos to everyone on my contact list.

Mostly l'm not worried because what they say they have can't possibly exist. Second, even if it did, I wouldn't pay them to not publish it. Third, the password they tell me they have was easily traceable in my PWSAFE password manager to a single online account for some craft supplies for my wife that hasn't been accessed for 10 years - so I know that what they did was hacked that online store and got all their users passwords... BFD. That doesn't allow them to do anything except maybe buy some shit with their credit cards and have it shipped to me.

The point is, these kinds of things happen online all the time. If the hackers have something, share it.. who cares. Otherwise, go away. But there's not much that Trump may or may not have done pre-election that would sway me from voting for him again. He's demonstrated that, whatever his past, he gets how to run a country and that's what I care most about.

You are completely missing half the point of ransomware. They have encrypted the files so that even the owners cant access their own data.

Anyone who loses more than a day's work due to ransomware is an idiot. Anyone who doesn't have an electronic or paper trail to rebuild that day's work is an idiot.

The point of the OP was not the ransomware attack on the lawyer's office; it was the threat to reveal info about Trump. Try to stay focused here.

I don't care about a ransomware attack on the attorney. I barely care about the threat to reveal Trump's pre-2016 behavior in business or with women. We knew it when we elected him and elected him anyway. It's old history.

Neato! But when we are talking about all the data a company possesses, it's a problem. When we are talking about a company whose infrastructure has been shut down, that's a problem.

And you don't seem to understand that the actual point of the ransomware attack was to dent the company the use of its own data and infrastructure. So, if you can't understand the most basic of facts regarding this (which you clearly do not), you shouldn't even be commenting in the thread.

Probably got his dirty underwear and wearing it like bin biden.
