Looks like typical insurance fraud.

Springfield citizens I know personally have reported insurance rates skyrocketing.

And the Haitians have killed and/or severely injured multiple US citizens in Springfield Ohio, including many small children. And an elderly 71 year old lady was also killed by a Haitian.
