The IRS will not enforce the penalty because certain DEM voting groups will scream bloody murder if they take away their tax refunds that were fraudulently obtained by incorrectly filing as Head of Household, claiming Fake dependents, and claiming false expense deductions.

Billions of dollars are paid out each year for filing fraudulent tax refunds. The gov knows this yet does nothing about it. Why? Because it is welfare used to buy Dem votes.

If a poor person goes to a publicly funded hospital or ER they are never turned away, even prior to the ACA. There was also a little thing called Medicaid prior to the ACA. Other people pay for the healthcare of the poor by funding Medicaid and subsidizing ACA premiums. We also pay for grants, facilities and other healthcare measures, both state, local, and national, through income taxes, property taxes, and the capital gains surcharge on certain income earners. The rest of us have to pay for our own healthcare.

Seems to me that our healthcare system caters to the poor, not the rich. Nat, you have the mentality of a petulant peasant.
