Why the rhetorical shell game diversion? Why not meet his point head on, on the evidence? Because he is right, in this context, and you know it. That's why we can often delineate religions and their followers by geographical and temporal boundaries. That's why you are waaaay more likely to be Christian, if born in a western country, than a muslim. And the opposite, for the Middle East. So instead of attempting these red herrings, maybe first show some integrity and grant his point.And again most people don't change their beliefs that much so most people just accept what they have been taught
