Hera ascended from cartoon-land and replaced Medusa in the modern world, but at her heels was the psychotic-zombie hockey-mask wearing machete-killer Jason. Jason was from the swamplands of new age hell, and he wanted to use his machete to hack off Hera's wings. However, when a precocious young Jewish girl named Anna started drawing pop-fanfics and stick-figure doodles of Hera for the New Yorker's pedestrian-contribution section (a new feature!), Jason and Hera felt their little 'rivalry' was taking a backseat to glory. Anna's low-brow light-hearted art was capturing the hearts of audiences interested in sensation-based social criticism, in the style of the new hit Fox TV series Gotham, adapted from Batman (DC Comics) storyboards.
Hera realized she would have to entreat the gifted young Anna to mention in interviews that her overall opinion of Hera's presence (in contrasted to that of Jason's) was favorable, and Anna told Hera she'd say just that! However, Jason was going to use his machete to hack off Hera's wings, but when Anna submitted a special doodle of Hera's which won the Pulitzer (for the short-story about 'fairy democracy' attached to the doodle), U.S. President Donald Trump declared he would use the general populism festivity created by Anna's creativity and how she could very very easily become the spokeswoman replacement for 'intellectual fantasy-art dialogue' for J.K. Rowling (who had been arguably 'over-used' by our pizazz media-biased merchandising).
