Hero of the left, freed Palestinian Columbia University student Mohsen Mahdaw wanted to buy a sniper rifle and spoke of shooting Jews

You first! Link to a ruling saying illegal aliens have Constitutional rights.

Yes, noncitizens do have constitutional rights in the United States, although the scope and application of those rights can vary depending on their legal status and location.

Key Points:

  1. Due Process and Equal Protection (5th and 14th Amendments):
    • Noncitizens, including undocumented immigrants, are entitled to due process and equal protection under the law.
    • This has been affirmed in cases like Yick Wo v. Hopkins (1886) and Plyler v. Doe (1982).
  2. Freedom of Speech and Religion (1st Amendment):
    • Noncitizens are generally protected by the First Amendment, including the rights to free speech, assembly, and religion
  3. Fourth Amendment Protections:
    • Noncitizens have protections against unlawful searches and seizures
  4. Criminal Proceedings (6th and 8th Amendments):
    • They are entitled to fair trial rights, legal counsel, and protection against cruel and unusual punishment

America's gun situation could call for amending the 2nd. to make it conditional, depending on political preference.

M14 Shooter only got it half right if the other half of the country decide to start arming up.
Butt out Donald

This issue is none of your business

Due to us now a high tax nation, all of what you said has become a business with massive payoffs.

Ahh, no wonder the Dims have rallied around this guy, he may be another wife-beater:

"Mahdawi was known to Windsor PD because of a domestic dispute between him and his soon-to-be ex-wife at their Windsor home, according to a separate document filed April 28 by the government."

I am intrigued by the "information" that he allegedly told
some gun dealer that he wants to buy a rifle in order to kill
people. Seems to me that the gun dealer should be PICKED
up for testimony

I'm not sure he told the dealer he WANTED to kill people; but that he had in the past, in his home country. Now, that would certainly be something I'd want to press further on, but, from what I've read, it isn't prohibited that green card holder can get firearms.

in NY one has to apply for a permit-----which---well FUHGET ABOUT IT. However---there are hundreds of thousands of firearms,
arming just about anyone----people can buy them ---as far as I know--
on the streets and even in flea markets

I don't know why you'd want to buy a gun at a flea market, what possible damage could you do with a gun that small?
