Ya...so it's a tie.

Hillary was under investigation (very publicly) for having and using a private e-mail server...and was found to have not broken the law. That investigation by the FBI was made public and was used against her in an election she ultimately lost.The DOJ by the way supposedly had acpolicy that not only do they not make announcements in the run up to elections but don't make public statements about subjects of investigations when no indictment is put forth. Trump is counting on that POLICY to protect himself from the Mueller Report. They seem to have "forgotten" that policy going into the 2016 election


And at the same time we had Trump under investigation as a Russian asset. Pretty serious stuff. THAT investigation was kept secret. We didn't find out about it until AFTER the election. Noone with a brain would say that the knowledge that Trump might be under the sway of a Russian dictator wouldn't have influenced voters.
