He ignores the fact that Obama owned the crooked investigative and law enforcement agencies, which is what kept proven Obama criminals from being indicted / going to prison. He also ignores that during Obama's time in office several of his Agency Directors admitted to committing Perjury and other crimes, despite the fact that Obama protected them from prosecution. IRS Director Koskinen, for example, admitted to illegally targeting Conservatives in an attempt to prevent Americans from legally opposing Trump's re-election. Former CIA Director Brennan admitted to committing Perjury by denying he and his CIA had illegally spied on US citizens, reporters, the media, US Senators, and even USSC Justices. Brennan's 'punishment' for breaking laws and violating the Constitution was having to stand before Congress and admit to them he had committed perjury, had illegally spied on the Senate, and promise he would never do it again.

Which regulation describes the method the IRS must use to Verify applicants are eligible for Tax Free status?
