Holi-moley!

So, we live in an area where we have neighbors from all backgrounds and corners of the world. Nice people. My wife has many friends from among the local moms. Since today is Holi, one of the neighbors rented out a small hall and put on a celebration. There was lots of Indian food and music and colorful clothes. The kids got to play throwing colorful powers around and all over each other. Some played chess, and some threw the football around outside. Folks from all different backgrounds celebrating together - the moms gabbing as only moms can do - it was a nice get-together.

Immigrants are cool, it's only becomes a problem when they are totally un-vetted and come over in bunches of 10,000 a day.
