House Democrats Subvert Presidential Authority over DOJ....

Well this comes as no surprise... House democrats try to subvert the Presidential Powers over the DOJ by trying to circumvent the DOJ requirements for subpoenas to be sent to them.

Democrats want unfettered power to issue subpoenas and then enforce them without the DOJ. They want unfettered power they do not have the authority to have under the Constitution. This is a subversion of the separations of powers granted the POTUS.

This will not survive long once it hits the courts.... This is a gross overstep of authority.

It appears that the Democrats want to ensure they are the JUDGE, JURY, and EXECUTIONER for Trump. This is a gross overstep of congressional authority.
While they do have oversight they do not get to enforce anything, that is the job of the DOJ.

Nadler and the Democrats have already demonstrated that they are completely ignorant of the bills THEY have passed into law, such as their law that states Grand Jury information can NOT be legally released. They demonstrated this by demanding the US AG BREAK THE LAW by releasing that information within the Mueller Report that Mueller's team had redacted.

Nadler, Pelosi, and the Democrats then demonstrated their complete disregard for the law by voting to hold the US AG in 'Contempt of Congress' for REFUSING TO BREAK THE LAW.

NOW the out-of-control, unhinged, ROGUE Democrats are demonstrating a total disrespect and disregard for the United States Constitution, specifically the Separation of Powers Act, be attempting to claim the powers and authorities of the Judicial Branch of the government / Department of Justice!

What is the exact 'checks and balance' mechanism for stopping these rampaging, TDS-suffering Democrats from violating both Constitution and Rule of law, other than attempting to do so in a court of law?

As it is now, Nadler should not only be removed from his position as Chairman of the JUDICIAL Committee, he should also be removed from the committee altogether for his ignorance of the law and total disregard for it. For her part in demanding the US AG break the law and then voting to hold him in Contempt for doing so, SoH Pelosi should be stripped of her position as Speaker as well.
