Yet Trump continued pulling out troops and releasing Taliban prisoners despite them not adhering to the deal, even after losing his election to the point Biden had no choice but to withdraw the remaining troops and leave all the equipment; or redeploy 10000 or more troops and keep that 20 year war ongoing.

As far as the 13 Americans killed, it was an Al-Qaeda terrorist attack.
