The FBI has turned over to Congress the transcript of her interrogation and it contradicts what she told Congress under oath, so there are sufficient grounds for an indictment for perjury.No, what you and others on the right are advocating is the presumption of guilt absent evidence in support, where one must ‘prove’ his innocence.So you are saying she is innocent by reason of incompetence.Think about this .
You'd have to prove she knew about every one of these thousands of emails and remembered the handful that supposaably were marked secret.
No chance. Being mistaken is not equal to perjury .
Your contempt for the rule of law is as repulsive as your contempt for the truth.
