caliphate that used to be Iraq----will eventually form a kind of alliance ---perhaps
just an informal "understanding" with Hezbollah (iran) and assad Syria.

The ISIS puppets never targeted Iranian interests or Syrian regime, they only kidnap opposition militants and execute them.
