Secondly as Dershowitz points out, a candidate can contribute any amount of money to their campaign they desire, and use that money anyway they desire. But these dunderheads think that anybody would take the word of a tax cheat like Cohen over Trump. Guy, I can't do all your work for you. Incidentally, I've helped LOTS of 50 year olds find jobs, and in some cases even change careers. It's almost like I do that for a living. That's why I find your claims kind of dubious. In this economy, with a good resume, in your field, you should have no problem finding a job with health insurance.

I believe I was reading an analysis of the case from the former FEC head. The position was that the Dems are going too hard on the "for the purposes of influencing the election" line. There are a lot of things that a candidate does "for the purposes of influencing the election", which nevertheless don't count as campaign expenditures. They would, in fact, be violations of the law if they were counted as such.

Try this: next time you get a near 60 year old person with preexisting conditions looking for a job, take all the possibilities and cross off 99% of those jobs at random and see what you have left. Then have your "client" apply for that job and chance that it has healthcare coverage.

I posted articles on this repeatedly, and I'm sure you never even looked at one. But because of Commie Care, many small companies (which is all I can work for) dropped coverage. Larger ones kept theirs. But again, I can't work for UPS, FedEx, Ward or Dayton because the all require endorsements I'm not allowed to get or use. All major carriers require you have full endorsements.

What you don't understand is that when you have a business, associated costs are more than wages itself. If a competitor of ours dropped a benefit that saves them $6,000 a month or more, they can provide the same services as we do for less money and our customers will start using them. As time goes on and our benefits cost more and more with each year, that competition gets even more fierce.

The problem with you on the left is you think because somebody has something, they must be loaded with money. Most small businesses fail within the first 5 years. And until you understand what goes on behind those doors, you don't realize what it takes to make it successful. You don't know of the bills, you don't understand the competition, and you don't understand all the personal time it takes to keep that business afloat.
